| All our bedrooms have central air conditioning including the two bedrooms in La Maison de Gardien. La Maison de Portail is completely air conditioned. |
| All bedrooms in the Manoir have private baths. |
| All rooms in the Manoir and Les Maisons are smoke free and smoking is only in the garden. |
| Children 10 years and older are welcome in the Manoir and 5 years and older in La Maison de Gardien. Children of all ages are welcome in La Maison de Portail. |

No pets are allowed, except the resident cats Baby Lucifer and Roly Poly. |
| We provide our guests with secured private parking. |
Deposits
| For the Manoir: A deposit of one-half the total is due when the reservation is made. One night stays must be paid in full.. |
| For La Maison de Gardien and La Maison de Portail : A deposit of one-half the total is due when the reservation is made. The deposit becomes a security deposit and at time of departure, if the cottage is left in good condition, the security deposit is applied toward the final bill. |

Cancellations
| Since we accept no walk-in business, a cancellation policy is necessary in order to create a secure and private world for our guests. |
| For the Manoir: A refund minus a charge of 25% of the deposit will be made up to one month before the date of arrival. After that date the deposit is forfeit unless we rent the room. If we re-rent the room, the total deposit is returned |
| For La Maison de Gardien and la Maison de Portail : A refund minus a charge of 30% of the deposit, will be made up to two months before the date of arrival. After that date the deposit is forfeit unless we rent the cottage. If we re-rent the cottages, the total deposit is returned. |
| If guests must leave early, for any reason, they are responsible for the balance due. |
Check-In and Late Arrivals
| Check-in is between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM . Early arrivals: Guests may find us absent if prior arrangements have not been made. Late arrivals: Our gates are closed at 10:00 PM and special arrangements must be made for late entry. |
| Registered guests are given the necessary code to come and go as they please. |
Breakfast
| An extensive breakfast buffet is included with all rooms in the Manoir along with afternoon wine/cokes and evening cordials. Breakfast is served at 9:00 AM either in the conservatory or in the garden. Our breakfast includes fresh coffee, hot chocolate, teas, seasonal fruits, yogurts, granola and freshly baked pastries and baguettes. Condiments include butter, premium jams, jellies, and local honey. |
| For our guests who must leave early, we offer our breakfast sack filled with pastries, fruit, and yogurt. |
