| Both cottages are very special
beautiful places and have 18th century furniture and accessories.
Guests are expected to act in a responsible manner and to insure the
property is left in the same general condition as found.
The housekeeper will lightly clean daily, however, the kitchen is the responsibility of the guests and is to be left as found. Any breakage or damage caused by failure to respect the property fixtures or fittings is the responsibility of the guests and we reserve the right to recover any losses incurred. The deposit is held in security and will be used for payment of one-half the total due upon satisfactory inspection of the property. Fresh croissants will be delivered to the door each morning and everything needed for breakfast the first morning will be in the refrigerator for your pleasure.
